Using the Artarel website

The current service

You can browse our brand content, explore published products, preview your own artwork, and submit availability inquiries. Paid checkout and automatic fulfillment are not open in this release.

Product information

We aim to provide clear descriptions of approved products. Prices shown for products are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. An inquiry subtotal does not include shipping or tax and does not form a paid order or guarantee availability.

Artwork and intellectual property

Use only artwork you created, own, or have permission to use. Artarel branding and original site artwork may not be reused as your own merchandise without permission. The customizer does not grant rights to third-party images.

Design previews

Customizer previews are illustrations of placement, not production proofs. Screen colors, garment shape, image scale, and print placement may differ from a finished product. Printing requirements will be confirmed before custom ordering opens.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit malicious files, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or access another person’s information. Keep messages relevant to the store and do not send payment-card details or passwords.

Questions and updates

Use the Contact page with site or product questions. These terms, product information, and policies may be updated as the store develops. Purchase-specific terms will be presented before paid checkout opens.

Design previews and credits

3D previews use illustrative garment shapes; final fit, color, seams and printing depend on the selected supplier product and its current template. Production requires artwork preparation and sample approval. Verified accounts receive two welcome design credits once per account. Enabled image generation uses one credit; failed or timed-out requests refund their reservation. Generation limits apply. Paid credit purchases are not available yet. Supplier/account pricing, shipping, taxes and paid-order terms must be confirmed before payment or production.
