A verified account lets you save private artwork and placements, reopen them in the customizer and view your linked orders or availability inquiries. You can still browse and submit a guest inquiry.

Verify your email to receive two welcome design credits once per account. They remain saved while AI design generation is unavailable. Each enabled image generation uses one credit, with a maximum of three requests a day.

Credit purchases are not open yet. Payment processing, pack pricing and credit terms must be finalized first.

A failed or timed-out generation returns its reserved credit. Check your account balance before retrying. A generation limit can still apply after a failed request.

A browser preview stays on your device until you save it. Saved artwork is served only to its verified account. When you ask Billy to generate, only your chosen reference and description are sent to the AI provider. Read the privacy notice for more details.

Available sizes, base colors and prices must be checked for the exact supplier product and variant. A customizer color choice is a visual preview and does not promise stock. Ask for the garment’s measurement chart before ordering.

Follow the supplier’s care label for the selected fabric and printing method. See the size and care guide; instructions differ between sublimation, conventional printed cotton and embroidery.

The store currently accepts availability inquiries and custom quote requests. Submitting an inquiry does not collect payment or start production. Paid checkout and supplier fulfillment will open after they are connected and tested.

Add items to your bag and enter your destination in the shipping calculator. It shows configured store estimates when available. If no rate is configured for your destination, request a quote. Taxes, split shipments and final availability may change the delivered total.

Timing depends on the selected garment, design approval, supplier capacity and delivery destination. The store will confirm an estimate with your quote; a customizer preview does not reserve stock or a delivery date.

Heat transfers dye into suitable polyester-based fabric, allowing colorful all-over artwork. Cotton all-over printing uses a different method. The exact material and technique depend on the supplier product.

Gold in these designs is a printed color. Sublimation does not add metallic foil, raised embroidery or reflective material.

The preview helps explore artwork and placement. Its garment models are illustrative. Exact seams, fit, fabric, colors and safe print areas depend on the supplier’s current product templates. Review a physical sample before production.

Use JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB and 24 megapixels. A transparent PNG works well for logos. Keep the original high-resolution artwork; a screenshot or downloaded preview is not a production file. Check the artwork guide for template preparation.
