Information you provide

When you send an availability inquiry or contact message, we store the name, email address, selected product details, and notes you provide so the store team can respond. We do not collect payment-card information through this site.

Artwork previews

The design studio processes your artwork in your browser. Uploaded preview files are not sent to our server by the current customizer. Downloaded previews are saved to your device when you choose to download them.

Essential cookies

The site uses a first-party session cookie to maintain your bag and protect forms against unauthorized submissions. These are necessary for the current shopping and contact features. No advertising or analytics tracking is installed in this release.

Security and technical records

The hosting service may record requests, IP addresses, and technical errors for security and operation. The application keeps a limited submission timestamp keyed to your IP address to prevent repeated form abuse. Store customer information is available only to authorized store managers.

Service providers

The site and email are hosted through Enlighten Studios. Printful and payment services are not receiving customer orders from the current release. This notice will be updated before additional order processing or tracking is enabled.

Your choices

Use the Contact page to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Do not include passwords or payment-card details in contact messages. We retain information needed to respond to your request and operate the store; retention practices will be reviewed as paid ordering launches.

Customer accounts and saved artwork

Customer accounts store an email address, name, password hash, verification/reset token hashes, design credit entries, saved artwork/placement information and linked inquiries or orders. Verification/reset links expire. Browser previews stay on your device unless you save artwork. Saved images are private to their verified account. When you request Billy image generation, your selected reference image and description are sent to the configured AI provider; customer names, email addresses and order details are not included in that request. Use the contact form for account or artwork data questions. We will confirm retention and paid-service terms before those services open.
